• Early Bird - Member – $80.00
• Early Bird - Member Student/Retiree – $50.00
• Early Bird - Non member – $115.00
• Early Bird - Non Member Student/Retiree – $70.00
• Exhibitor - Free
  One employee per each company, business, organization is allowed complimentary two-day registration. Additional staff who wish to work the exhibit booth must follow the standard registration process and pay the member/non-member fee.
• ODMHSAS Central Office Purchase Order
  ODMHSAS Central Office employees who are members of OPHA may select this option for payment.
• Oklahoma City-County HD Purchase Order
  Employees who work for the OCCHD and whose membership and conference registration is invoiced to OCCHD.
• OSDH Purchase Order
  OSDH employees who are current OPHA regular members may charge their member-registration fee to the OSDH Purchase order. OSDH will not pay the non-member registration fee. A cap has been set by OSDH. Once this cap is reached, no additional registrations will be charged to OSDH.
• Poster Presenter - Free
  You must be an OPHA member and a confirmed poster presenter in order to use this registration type.
• Regular - Member – $95.00
• Regular - Member Student/Retiree – $65.00
• Regular - Non-Member – $130.00
• Regular - Non-Member Student/Retiree – $85.00
• Sponsor - Free
  Conference sponsors may select this type to register their allotted conference attendees.
• Tulsa City/County HD Purchase Order
  Employees of TCCHD whose membership and registration fee is invoiced to TCCHD.
• University of Central Oklahoma Purchase Order
  Employees and students of UCO whose registration fee is invoiced to UCO.
