An access code for the individual tabling to register free of charge will be provided upon purchase. (Max of 2 individuals tabling per exhibitor table.) – Name & logo recognition on OPHA’s website – Name & logo recognition on conference materials where all sponsors are featured NOTES – PDF with purchase confirmation, form to provide exhibitor information, and use your free registration will be shared immediately upon purchase. – Multiple organizations are not permitted to purchase a single table together. – Your organization will not be considered an exhibitor until both table purchase and exhibitor form are submitted.
